Steven Dover is an experienced strategic HR leader with a strong background in change management, leadership development, and workforce planning. With expertise in the not-for-profit, education, public, and health sectors, Steven has successfully led human resources functions across multiple organizations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. His experience includes employee relations, workplace diversity initiatives, and policy development, with a particular focus on supporting women and underrepresented groups. As a former Nurse and Director of Nursing, Steven played a key role in Health Care management, and has a Master of Tertiary Education Management (Melb Uni). Steven is passionate about equity and access to healthcare, he is committed to advancing reproductive health care for women and teens through strategic leadership and governance. As a husband and a father of three daughters, he is personally invested in ensuring that all women and young people have access to the care and support they need.
